RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, just follow these simple return instructions:
- 1. Email our customer service department at service@tmakowski.com.
- 2. Explain your wish to return the item in your email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- 3. Within two business days you will receive Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) via email, and we will also email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label.
- 4. Please make sure your item is safely and securely placed in it's original packaging. Please make sure you return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.
- 5. Go to your nearest FedEx Location and simply mail the package back to us.
- 6. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@tmakowski.com.
Please Note:
Items sent to our offices without a RMAN (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), packages returned beyond the 30-day period, or packages that are damaged or not insured will not be accepted. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging and diamond GIA certificate. Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered by anyone other than T Makowski Company will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service@tmakowski.com.
It is not possible to resize certain styles of stackable rings & eternity bands. In order to change the size, that style of ring has to be completely remade. It is very important when ordering this type of item that you get the ring size exact.
Additional Terms & Conditions
International returns are not qualified for our free return policy. Special made custom orders are also not returnable.
International customers are subject to a small return shipping fee of $60.00.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging and diamond GIA certificate. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
